Amorphyx is on a journey to revolutionise Integrated Circuits on plastic for flexible displays and high speed WiFi AMHET on plastic. In the display industry materials and process limits are being reached in the performance of the available semiconductors: a-Si, IGZO and LTPS. The Amorphyx approach with its metal amorphous gate and thin aluminium oxide dielectric allows for up to 6x mobility enhancement for each of these semiconductors. Moreover, our technologies are very much at home on flexible substrates. The abstraction of our work is in AMHET transistors which are blindingly fast and offer new opportunities for very high speed WiFi communications.
